The VP will lead full-cycle hiring for quantitative, engineering, and analytics roles across financial markets. You’ll pair commercial acumen with deep sourcing expertise—building relationships that drive revenue and long-term client value.
Role Highlights
– Deliver high-quality hires across quant, data, and technology verticals
– Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers and hiring stakeholders
– Source candidates via direct headhunting, referrals, and advanced research tools
– Contribute to business development efforts by identifying prospects and warm leads
– Support newer team members through informal coaching and mentoring
You Will Need
– At least 5 years' experience in executive search or recruitment, ideally in financial services or tech
– A track record of success placing hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients and candidates alike
– Commercial focus—comfortable working towards revenue goals and deadlines
– Familiarity with market mapping tools, CRMs, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
