The Manager – AI/ML & Data Science
will build and lead a specialist desk focused on placing senior talent across Europe, partnering with fast-scaling companies in Digital Health, MedTech, and AI-driven drug discovery.
Role Highlights The Manager – AI/ML & Data Science
will:
– Take immediate ownership of an active desk with live mandates
– Lead search processes for senior hires in AI, ML & Data Science across Life Sciences
– Collaborate with senior leadership in London and the US on cross-border projects
– Build long-term client relationships in one of the industry’s fastest-growing markets
– Develop and grow a team of specialist recruiters under your leadership
You Will Need The Manager – AI/ML & Data Science
will need:
– Proven experience in recruitment, ideally Life Sciences or technology-driven markets
– Strong commercial acumen and a track record of winning or growing accounts
– Confidence managing full-cycle search assignments at senior levels
– Leadership capability or clear ambition to lead a team
– Excellent communication and a consultative client approach
