Role Highlights The Talent Acquisition Lead will:
– Lead full lifecycle hiring for recruiter roles (180 & 360 models)
– Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
– Build out teams across Technology, Life Sciences, and Healthcare
– Deliver mid-to-senior hires, including player-coach profiles
– Focus on scalable team growth rather than one-off placements
You Will Need – Proven experience hiring within recruitment or staffing businesses
