- Own the full recruitment cycle for all internal hires
- Collaborate with Founders and Leadership on headcount planning and future growth
- Develop outreach strategies that cut through, LinkedIn ads, campaigns, brand activations, events
- Represent a values-led, global business that actually invests in people and performance
- Build a pipeline of industry-best recruitment talent across UK, EU, and international markets
- Push DE&I, retention, and cultural alignment forward

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in internal agency recruitment
- You speak fluent recruiter, and know how to spot quality from the first convo
