Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Technology
£45k–£70k base + uncapped commission (OTE £120k–£200k+)
London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

The Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant will drive business within high-growth tech markets, building lasting client relationships and managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
Role Highlights
– Build and manage a profitable desk across one of six specialist areas: Change & Transformation, Cloud & DevOps, Cyber Security, Salesforce, Software Engineering, or Data & AI
– Deliver the full 360 cycle, from client acquisition through to candidate placement
– Collaborate with contract and perm teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities
– Consistently achieve high billing performance with scope to exceed £1m+ in annual revenue
– Mentor junior colleagues where appropriate, contributing to team growth
You Will Need
– Proven 360 recruitment experience in technology markets (senior or principal level)
– Track record of billing at least 4× base salary
– Strong client-facing skills with the ability to win and grow accounts
– A consultative, professional approach suited to an adult, high-performance environment
– Motivation to progress quickly, with leadership potential welcomed
