Role Highlights
The Recruitment Consultant will…
– 360 with responsibility for client development and full placements
– Work across the U.S., Europe, and Asia in Financial Services markets
– Collaborate with experienced recruiters who share jobs, intel, and strategy
– Earn transparent, uncapped commission with rapid earning potential
You Will Need
– Strong communication skills and confidence with stakeholders
– Curiosity about Financial Services, Fintech, or Wealth Management
– Willingness to be fully office-based (5 days in person)
– A collaborative mindset and hunger to hit goals
