The Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant will lead high-value searches across the US tech market, especially within data, analytics, and engineering. With a strong platform and trusted brand, you’ll build lasting client partnerships and deliver career-defining opportunities to your candidates.
The Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant will…
– Own 360° recruitment cycles from brief through to placement
– Win and develop new client accounts across North America
– Build networks across tech verticals including data analytics and engineering
– Offer insight-led advice on hiring trends, rates, and strategies
– Collaborate with internal teams to optimise every client and candidate journey
You Will Need…
– 5+ years’ experience in technology recruitment (permanent focus ideal)
– Proven success building and placing into North American client bases
– Confident understanding of niche tech areas like data science or engineering
– Natural relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
– A fast-paced, organised approach and a strong eye for detail
