The Principal Recruiter will play a pivotal role in expanding the client’s US presence. You’ll join a tight-knit NYC team (currently 3 people) with plans to double in size by year-end. This isn’t just another agency role — it’s a chance to build something meaningful with support, speed, and strong live requisitions from day one.


The Principal Recruiter will…
– Own full-cycle tech recruitment or focus purely on delivery — you choose
– Manage a healthy pipeline of live roles (mostly software, data & DevOps)
– Partner with early-stage startups (pre-seed to Series C) in candidate-driven markets
– Help shape and grow the NYC office alongside the local leadership team
– Influence process, hiring strategy, and client success in a high-impact environment


You will need…
– 3–5 years of agency experience (or 2+ years for standout performers)
– Strong delivery or full-cycle recruitment expertise
– Familiarity with startup clients and competitive talent markets
– A growth mindset and desire to build something from the ground up
– High levels of self-motivation and professional agility
