About the Role:
This is a senior recruitment role within a high-performing executive search team, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile assignments within the Financial Officers practice. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and lead elements of initial client briefing sessions, capturing detailed role and market requirements
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and senior-level talent identification across financial leadership functions
  • Develop and maintain detailed candidate profiles, organisational charts and market intelligence reports
  • Secure new searches with both new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and compliant data within CRM systems, ensuring GDPR and internal standards are met
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients
Skills & Experience
  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience within executive search or senior-level recruitment
  • Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using executive search tools and CRM systems
  • Highly professional approach with strong discretion, integrity and client focus
