About the Role:
This is a senior recruitment role within a high-performing executive search team, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile assignments within the Financial Officers practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead elements of initial client briefing sessions, capturing detailed role and market requirements
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and senior-level talent identification across financial leadership functions
- Develop and maintain detailed candidate profiles, organisational charts and market intelligence reports
- Secure new searches with both new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate and compliant data within CRM systems, ensuring GDPR and internal standards are met
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience within executive search or senior-level recruitment
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using executive search tools and CRM systems
