The Senior Billing Manager – Energy & Infrastructure Search will play a hands-on leadership role in scaling the New York operation, billing at pace while shaping strategy, culture, and the future leadership bench across the U.S. 

Role Highlights 
– Build and scale the New York desk as a core pillar of the U.S. growth strategy 
– Run a full 360 desk, winning and delivering retained and contingent searches 
– Sit at the senior leadership table from day one with real strategic influence 
– Lead by example as a high-performing biller in the U.S. market 
– Partner closely with U.S. and international leaders to grow accounts and teams 

You Will Need 
– Proven success billing in the U.S. recruitment or executive search market 
– Strong business development capability with senior clients 
– Experience in energy, infrastructure, cleantech, or adjacent markets 
– Confidence operating in an early-stage, high-autonomy environment 
– A people-first leadership style with appetite to hire and mentor others
