Following strong growth in the US, they are now expanding their New York office to launch a dedicated Finance & Accountancy recruitment function. With a strong reputation for authentic, face-to-face client relationships, the business offers the perfect platform for someone looking to make their mark in a true leadership role.
The Senior Manager / Associate Director will take ownership of building and leading the Finance & Accountancy desk within US law firms, balancing hands-on recruitment with the chance to shape and grow a team.
Role Highlights
- Develop and deliver a new Finance & Accountancy recruitment function in the US market
- Focus on senior-level roles (Manager to Associate Director) within leading law firms
- Drive client relationships through in-person meetings, networking, and events
- Mentor, coach, and grow a future team once foundations are established
- Collaborate closely with international leadership while owning US market strategy
You Will Need
- 4 - 8 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Finance & Accountancy
- Proven track record of billings, client management, and relationship building
- Leadership aspirations, with experience mentoring or coaching others
- Confidence to work autonomously while collaborating with global colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to winning business
