Senior Executive Recruiter
$80k–$100k base + up to 40% commission
NYC (remote to start, hybrid office opening 2025)

With B-Corp certification and a global reputation for quality, this company is building the most diverse and effective leadership teams across cleantech, sustainability, and energy transition. Their U.S. division is scaling fast with a NYC office on the way and the backing of a global HQ and delivery center.
The Senior Executive Recruiter will deliver high-impact talent solutions for retained searches across the cleantech and renewables landscape.
Role Highlights
– Own 360 executive search mandates across startups, scale-ups, and VC-backed innovators
– Lead retained searches in either clean fuels, AI, energy storage, mobility
– Collaborate with a dedicated delivery team and global leadership
– Work remotely with plans for a hybrid NYC office in 2025
– Focus on a specific niche within cleantech, sustainability, and energy transition
You Will Need
– 3+ years in executive or senior-level recruitment (retained experience a plus)
– Passion for sustainability, climate tech, or mission-driven industries
– Ability to independently win, deliver, and expand client relationships
– Consultative, client-first mindset with high personal accountability
– Experience placing senior talent in niche or technical markets
