Here at FIFTEEN WEST we support the UK's leading Recruitment and Executive Search firms as they scale offices internationally, and we are currently retained by a long standing client operating across Investment Banking and Alternative Investments. Over the years we have made a number of successful recruiter hires, everyone of which is still in post today and have achieved promotions and top biller status.
Our client is now looking to launch an office in New York next year, and we are interested in speaking with Senior Recruitment Consultants who come from a Finance background who would be interested focusing on the USA market.

Specialists in Front Office (M&A, Equity, Credit and IR) and CFO/-1 hiring
Client base spans the leading Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, Credit Funds and Asset Managers, with numerous exclusive and retained arrangements
£4M revenue in 2024 and on track for £6M this year
What we are looking for:
2+ years of recruitment experience - ideally within Finance (Investments or A&F/CFO)
Track record of winning new business and producing revenue
Good communicators and team players, with an ability to build relationships internally and externally
An entrepreneurial flair and a desire to relocate to the US
