With a strong track record of placing senior talent into PE-backed SaaS and Healthcare assets, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to expand their reach into Financial Services portfolio companies. Recent mandates have included successfully completing high-value placements on premium terms—often outperforming traditional incumbents.
The Senior Consultant
will take ownership of retained searches, typically valued between £120,000 and £200,000, and will be instrumental in building out a strategic client base across US-focused PE platforms.

- Lead and deliver retained search mandates within Finance and Corporate Development, across Financial Services-backed assets
- Manage complete 2-3 stage retained processes from client brief through to offer acceptance
- Develop new client relationships and originate mandates through strategic business development
- Maintain strong client advisory capability at C-suite and investor level
- Contribute to the wider growth and commercial strategy of the practice
You Will Need
- Demonstrable experience running retained or exclusive search mandates into private equity or high-growth environments
- Subject matter knowledge within SaaS, Healthcare, or Financial Services sectors
- Credibility and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and win trust
- Evidence of billing high-value fees (e.g., £100K+) on complex assignments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build a high-performing desk
