This senior-level opening arises from strategic investment in life sciences across the US. Our client is actively seeking experienced executive search professionals ready to plug into a collaborative, high-trust culture – distinct from the politics and rigidity of traditional firms. The Partner – Biotech Executive Search will lead board and C-suite mandates for global pharma and biotech leaders, driving growth through deep client relationships and a consultative approach.

The Partner will…
– Lead retained executive searches across life sciences, focusing on CEO and top-tier leadership roles
– Leverage existing relationships with big pharma / biotech to originate high-value mandates
– Collaborate across service lines (e.g., RPO, assessment, org design) to deliver multi-solution value
– Contribute to a collegiate, high-performance culture where delivery and integrity go hand in hand
– Mentor rising talent while expanding your own portfolio and leadership influence

You will need…
– A proven book of business ($1m+; ideally $2m–$5m+) in executive search
– Deep C-suite network across large pharma or large-cap biotech (e.g., Amgen, Bayer, Moderna)
– Track record of leading CEO or global mandates
– Commercial drive with a long-term, relationship-first mindset
– A collaborative, non-political style that thrives in high-accountability environments
