Senior Client Partner: Medical Technology

Through continued growth within the region, they’re expanding their US presence and seeking a senior figure to drive revenue, influence strategy, and shape their offer to the market. You’ll be joining a proven leadership team with deep sector roots, backed by world-class delivery consultants and a network that spans everything from venture-backed scaleups to global corporates.
The Med Tech Partner will spearhead business growth across diagnostics, medical technology, and digital health. You’ll combine sharp commercial instincts with sector insight, building lasting client partnerships and shaping complex, high-value solutions.
The Med Tech Partner will...
Drive revenue through strategic consulting and senior-level search within US medtech market
– Secure and grow client relationships with emerging and established businesses
– Develop and launch new service lines focused on market trends and unmet needs
– Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from brief to execution
– Represent the business at industry events and publish thought leadership
You Will Need
-15+ years’ experience in executive search within medtech or life sciences
– Deep knowledge of the US medtech landscape and growth-stage business needs
– Proven track record of exceeding seven-figure revenue targets
– Confidence advising senior stakeholders, boards, and investors
– A visionary mindset with entrepreneurial drive and client focus
