The Senior Client Partner will lead strategic client relationships, win and deliver C-suite and board-level searches, and play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s US market presence.

Role Highlights
The Senior Client Partner will…
– Originate senior-level mandates across search and advisory, acting as a trusted client advisor
– Deliver search assignments for C-suite, board, and operating partner roles with precision
– Build new and existing client revenues across multiple business lines
– Develop and mentor junior team members, elevating capability across the practice
– Shape the strategic direction of the US sector practices, aligned to market opportunity

You Will Need The Senior Client Partner will bring…
– A consistent annual book of business exceeding $1.5m in executive search and/or advisory
– Deep client networks at Board, CEO, and functional leadership levels
– A proven record of delivering C-level appointments across relevant industries
