Our client is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm that’s redefining what it means to partner with high-growth innovators. With a world-class track record placing C-suite leaders and board members across life sciences, technology, and venture capital, the firm is now scaling its North American platform. They’re seeking an accomplished Client Partner to drive revenue growth, expand sector coverage, and help shape the next phase of their evolution.
The Client Partner will play a pivotal role in accelerating business development, building enduring client relationships, and mentoring future leaders. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll be instrumental in shaping both the firm’s strategic direction and its expanding footprint across New York, Boston, and San Francisco.
Role Highlights
– Lead origination and client partnerships across venture capital, private equity, and emerging tech/life sciences.
– Partner closely with the founder to shape business strategy, infrastructure, and practice growth.
– Oversee senior-level searches for C-suite, operating partners, and board appointments.
– Drive revenue and delivery excellence across multiple high-growth sectors, including AI, digital health, and biotechnology.
– Represent the firm externally, nurturing long-term partnerships with innovative, investor-backed clients.
You Will Need
– Proven success in executive search or leadership advisory, ideally within start-ups, early stage, VC, or life sciences/tech markets.
– Commercial leadership capability — able to originate, lead, and close senior-level mandates.
– Strong network across venture and private equity communities.
– Strategic thinker with the agility to help build a fast-scaling, founder-led firm.
– Exceptional communication skills, professional integrity, and collaborative drive.
