• Senior Associate – Banking Executive Search
• $70,000–$110,000 + discretionary bonus (DOE)
• New York | Midtown Manhattan, office-based

The Associate – Banking Executive Search will support the team working on retained, high-impact mandates with immediate exposure to clients, no cold-calling, no speculative BD.
This is a delivery-focused role with a direct pathway to career progression, learning from senior recruiters who have built multi-million-dollar desks and direct relationships with global heads of banking.
The Associate – Banking Executive Search will:
– Partner with senior consultants to deliver high-value, retained search assignments
– Conduct detailed market mapping and candidate research across banking verticals
– Manage candidate outreach, qualification, and client-facing documentation
– Join client calls, pitch meetings, and briefings from day one
– Play a key role in growing what is already a world-leading banking search team
You will need:
– Experience in a research, analyst, or recruitment environment
– Excellent written communication and attention to detail
– Confidence to speak with high-level candidates and clients globally
