The Researcher will play a pivotal role in delivering retained mandates, gaining hands-on exposure to client delivery from day one, with a clear path to full-lifecycle consulting.

Role Highlights
The Researcher will:
– Conduct deep market research across industrial, energy, and infrastructure verticals
– Build candidate pipelines by engaging with senior leaders across the UK and Europe
– Contribute to pitch materials, candidate assessments, and client-facing documentation
– Join weekly mandate meetings and play an active role in delivery
– Progress towards a full 360° search role with structured support

You Will Need
– Curiosity, commercial acumen, and a high attention to detail
– Confidence in presenting, interviewing, and collaborating with senior stakeholders
– Strong written communication and research capabilities
– A degree (2:1 or above preferred but not essential)
– A genuine appetite for professional growth over transactional sales
