As Recruitment Sales Manager in Raleigh, you’ll lead a high performing team, inherit active Life Sciences accounts, and open new ones across North America. You’ll set the plan, coach in the trenches, and close deals yourself, so your impact shows up in both the team number and your personal billings. This is a hands-on opportunity to combine leadership with personal billings, supported by global resources, award-winning training, and a culture that rewards success.
Role Highlights
– Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance plans
– Take an active role in client development and billing alongside your leadership responsibilities
– Shape sales strategies to expand market share in Life Sciences staffing
– Collaborate with senior leaders to meet office-wide and global growth objectives
– Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and overseas projects
You Will Need
– Proven sales management experience, ideally in staffing or professional services
– Strong background in business development with measurable revenue results
– Ability to balance leadership with hands-on selling and billing
– Skilled at motivating teams and setting clear performance objectives
– Commercial acumen and confidence to manage client relationships at all levels
