Our client is expanding one of its fastest-growing medical technology divisions and is seeking a commercially driven Recruitment Manager to help shape the future of specialist recruitment across medical imaging, diagnostics, AI-enabled healthcare technology, and software-driven medtech.

The Recruitment Manager will lead business growth across technical and commercial medical technology markets while remaining hands-on in client development, team leadership, and revenue generation.
Role Highlights
– Build and scale a specialist MedTech and Medical Devices recruitment division across the US market
– Develop new and existing enterprise client relationships within medical imaging, diagnostics, AI healthcare technology, and engineering-focused organizations
– Lead full 360 recruitment activity across commercial, technical, regulatory, R&D, and software engineering hiring markets
– Hire, mentor, and develop recruiters as the division expands over the next several years
– Partner closely with senior leadership to shape long-term strategy, market positioning, and revenue growth initiatives
You Will Need
– Proven experience within MedTech, medical device, healthcare technology, engineering, or life sciences recruitment
– Strong business development and client management capability within specialist recruitment markets
– Demonstrated success managing a full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining personal billings
– Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, or managing recruiters in a scaling environment
– The confidence to build new markets, create opportunities, and operate successfully within a growth-focused business
