The Recruitment Manager will…
- Lead, coach, and expand a specialist team
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts and deliver multi-placement, repeat outcomes
- Champion collaboration between national offices
- Drive performance against proven playbooks and ambitious growth plans
- Play a pivotal role in value creation pre-exit, with equity opportunities ahead
- 4 - 8 years recruitment experience (360 recruitment)
- Background in tech recruitment preferred; other specialist sectors welcomed
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 360 recruiters
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and deliver against ambitious targets
- Emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, and a client-first mindset
- Commitment to an office-based leadership role in New York City
- $120k–$140k base + up to 40% commission (no threshold) - $300k+ OTE
