The Recruitment Manager will take charge of scaling specialist teams across New York, setting the pace, driving billings, and shaping future growth in high-demand tech markets.
The Recruitment Manager will…
– Lead and grow high-performing teams across Cloud, Data, ERP and Infrastructure desks
– Oversee complex enterprise relationships and deliver consistent, multi-placement outcomes
– Champion collaboration between national offices
– Drive performance against proven playbooks and ambitious growth plans
– Play a pivotal role in value creation pre-exit, with equity opportunities ahead
You will need…
– Strong 360 recruitment background with leadership success in scaling teams
– Tech/IT sector experience ideal, though other specialist markets considered
– Proven ability to coach, inspire, and deliver against ambitious targets
– High emotional intelligence with a client-first mindset
– Commitment to an office-based leadership role in New York City
