The Recruitment Leader – Supply Chain & Engineering will own a core vertical in technical operations or end-to-end supply chain recruitment, driving growth through hands-on billing, mentorship, and leadership strategy.
Role Highlights
– Coach and develop a team across supply chain, engineering, or technical ops recruitment
– Build and scale a high-output, collaborative culture with real autonomy
– Lead client development, strategy sessions, and major account expansion
– Work closely with senior leadership to shape the U.S. growth blueprint
– Be a visible, trusted leader across the Charlotte office and wider business
You Will Need
– 5–7 years of agency recruitment experience, with 2+ years in team leadership
– Strong billing history and ability to lead by example in a performance culture
– Passion for mentoring consultants and driving consistent, measurable output
– Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high hiring momentum
– Bonus points for experience in supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
