$80,000 - $90,000 base + individual commission + quarterly team override

The Recruitment Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of three billing consultants while maintaining personal billing activity and driving client growth.
Role Highlights
– Lead and inspire a team of 3 full desk consultants, all already billing successfully
– Manage warm client relationships and expand existing accounts
– Oversee permanent/direct hire roles with average fees of $25k
– Work with clients across the energy sector, including IPPs and EPCs
– Drive growth in team size, client reach, and annual revenue
You Will Need
– Proven full desk recruitment or client-side experience in the perm/direct hire market
– Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a billing capacity
– Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
– Strong process-driven approach to team and personal success
– Ability to work on-site in Denver 4 days per week
