You’ll join a high-growth organization known for developing outstanding recruitment leaders in Life Sciences. The Contract Recruitment Lead – Engineering will lead a high-performing contract team while maintaining a selective personal billing portfolio.

You Will Need
  • 4 - 6 years recruitment experience ideally in Engineering/Manufacturing 
  • Proven success leading a contract recruitment team in Engineering or related technical fields
  • Strong ability to coach consultants and build accountable, high-trust cultures
  • A track record of nurturing client relationships and winning repeat business
  • Confidence managing senior-level searches within regulated industries
  • Skill in forecasting, performance management, and commercial planning
