From day one, you’ll gain exposure to active mandates, client relationships and candidate delivery, working closely with experienced consultants in a non-micromanaged, high-autonomy setting.
  
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
– Build and manage a 360 desk within Financial Services
– Identify and engage high-caliber candidates across specialist verticals
– Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
– Win new business and expand existing accounts
– Collaborate with colleagues on shared searches and market strategy
– Track market trends and convert insight into commercial opportunities
  
You’ll bring:
– 1-2 years’ recruitment experience
– Proven success against revenue and activity targets
– Strong business development capability
– Confidence operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
– High personal ambition and a desire to build something long-term
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
