The Senior Recruitment Consultant will drive new business development, nurture candidate relationships, and build a profitable desk that will quickly become a cornerstone of the Charlotte office.
Role Highlights
- Build and grow a health actuarial desk in a niche market with exceptionally high fees
- Lead on business development and candidate delivery, with realistic billings of $300k–$400k+ annually
- Operate nationally with minimal competition, leveraging global resources and a strong U.S. platform

You Will Need
- 3 - 6 years Recruitment experience (Sales and Delivery ideally)
- Financial Services/Professional Services recruitment experience - If you're an existing Actuarial Recruiter - BONUS!!
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver consistently in competitive environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow and own a market niche
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
