The Senior Recruitment Consultant will drive new business development, nurture candidate relationships, and build a profitable desk that will quickly become a cornerstone of the Charlotte office.
  
Role Highlights
  • Build and grow a health actuarial desk in a niche market with exceptionally high fees
  • Lead on business development and candidate delivery, with realistic billings of $300k–$400k+ annually
  • Operate nationally with minimal competition, leveraging global resources and a strong U.S. platform
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team that values openness, ambition, and collective success
  • Shape a pillar desk with autonomy while receiving the support needed to accelerate your career
  
You Will Need
  • 3 - 6 years Recruitment experience (Sales and Delivery ideally)
  • Financial Services/Professional Services recruitment experience - If you're an existing Actuarial Recruiter - BONUS!!
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver consistently in competitive environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow and own a market niche
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
