The Tech Recruitment Consultant / Principal will own a 360-recruitment desk, driving both sales and delivery in technology hiring for insurance and financial services clients.
Role Highlights
- Build and grow a profitable desk in technology recruitment across perm and/or contract markets
- Manage full 360 recruitment: business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery
- Partner with global insurers, financial institutions, and PE-backed firms to solve complex talent needs
- Collaborate with peers across U.S. offices while carving out a high-impact role in the growing Charlotte team
You Will Need
- Track record in recruitment, either as a 360 consultant or strong account manager ready to step up
- Success in technology, IT, or related recruitment verticals
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive new business and nurture long-term client accounts
- Resilience, ambition, and a drive to exceed targets in a competitive but rewarding environment
