You will join a high-performing, specialist team working on projects with direct public impact, from high-rises to K-12 schools to civil works.
Role Highlights
- Own and develop client relationships across commercial, multifamily, K-12, and civil construction
- Source, interview, and manage candidates through full lifecycle processes
- Drive BD activity to open new accounts and deepen existing ones
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and project alignment
- Represent the firm at industry events and build a visible market presence
You Will Need
- 2–8 years’ experience in construction recruitment, ideally agency-side
- 360 recruitment experience OR a strong 180 track record focused on business development
- Expertise in commercial, multifamily, K-12, or civil construction
- A sharp phone manner, consultative skills, and proven relationship-building ability
- Strong recommendations or endorsements from clients or peers
