You’ll step into an established platform with live clients and existing relationships, giving you immediate traction while enabling long-term growth and leadership progression.
The Principal Consultant:R&D Life Sciences (360) will lead a 360 desk across R&D Life Sciences, delivering senior hires while expanding accounts and driving new revenue streams across permanent, contract, and project-based hiring.
Role Highlights
– Own and scale a 360 desk across R&D Life Sciences
Build relationships across Regulatory, Clinical, QA, Drug Safety, and Biometrics
– Deliver senior hires from Director through to C-suite level
– Grow strategic accounts while driving new business opportunities
– Expand into contract and project-based hiring solutions
You Will Need
– Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within Life Sciences (R&D focus)
– Strong business development track record and account ownership
– Specialist knowledge across Regulatory, Clinical, QA, Biometrics or similar
– Consistent billing performance and commercial awareness
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale
