The Recruitment Coordinator will be the operational heartbeat of the Executive Search team—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving client projects. Your coordination skills will directly contribute to seamless delivery and strengthened client relationships.
The Recruitment Coordinator will:
– Attend and contribute to client meetings, capturing needs and ensuring timelines are met
– Manage schedules and deadlines across retained search projects
– Coordinate diaries, book meetings, and arrange global travel for senior stakeholders
– Track project milestones and keep stakeholders aligned
– Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring communication flows smoothly
You Will Need:
– Impeccable organisation skills and eagle-eyed attention to detail
– A proactive, calm-under-pressure attitude with a focus on solutions
– Confidence in professional, client-facing settings
– Experience managing diaries and logistics for busy leadership teams
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
