We’re working with a high-performing search firm specialising in front-office recruitment across global financial services. With 135% NFI growth and top billers exceeding £700k, the business is scaling fast with an eye on US expansion, new hires and a 2027 target of 100 consultants worldwide.

Their average fee is £26k, their client base includes global buy-side giants and elite investment banks, and their commission structure is among the most generous in the industry. You’ll join a lean, entrepreneurial team with clear ambition, market credibility, and high-trust access to C-suite and Partner-level mandates.

The Principal Consultant will lead either an Infrastructure or M&A desk, focused on delivering mandates across the US market.

Role Highlights The Principal Consultant will…
– Build and grow a high-fee desk in M&A or Infrastructure
– Own client relationships across US and transatlantic markets
– Place mid-to-senior level front-office talent with global firms
– Deliver mandates using retained and exclusive contingent models
– Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring

You Will Need:
– Track record of success in financial services recruitment
– Experience placing into M&A, Infrastructure, or adjacent markets
– Comfort working US hours or transatlantic time zones
– Confidence handling retained or exclusive search processes
– Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
