The Principal Technology Recruiter will lead delivery on high-value tech mandates while shaping commercial strategy for a top-performing U.S. desk.

Role Highlights
– Build and scale a high-margin tech desk focused on cloud, DevOps, or LegalTech mandates
– Own client relationships with access to top names across FinTech, Legal, and SaaS
– Coach junior recruiters and mentor future leaders as the Austin team grows
– Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in London and Berlin
– Run a hybrid model with flexibility to manage your own pipeline and calendar

You Will Need
– 3+ years’ success in tech recruitment (agency-side)
– Deep knowledge of cloud, software, or infrastructure hiring
– A track record of exceeding targets and growing accounts
– Experience mentoring or coaching delivery consultants
– Ambition to grow into a leadership or SVP role within 12–18 months
