The Principal Recruitment Consultant will build and deliver high-impact searches for early-stage, VC-backed tech companies while helping grow a fast-moving U.S. business.
Role Highlights
– Own and grow a 180 or 360 desk focused on software engineering placements
– Work directly with Seed to Series B startups, 70% of your desk will be VC-backed clients
– Source, screen, and place top tech talent in high-demand, high-impact roles
– Contribute to a growing NYC office with future expansion into Miami
– Collaborate with seasoned recruiters and leadership, without micromanagement
You Will Need
– 2–6 years of experience in tech recruitment (agency side preferred)
– Track record of perm placements; contract experience is a plus
– Experience working with or placing software engineers in start-ups
– Independent work style with high consistency and output
– Comfort operating remotely and hybrid (NYC office 2x/week)
