Role Highlights The Senior Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector F&A will:

– Manage a warm desk with retained and exclusive mandates across Central Government and NFP sectors
– Build deep client relationships, focusing on long-term value and quality delivery
– Collaborate with a Business Development team that secures 68% of jobs on exclusive/retained terms
– Receive shortlist-ready candidates from an in-house Resourcing team, freeing you to focus on clients
– Progress towards Director through live-desk coaching and structured leadership development

You Will Need The Senior Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector F&A will need:

– Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Public Sector or Professional Services
– Confidence managing senior client relationships and influencing high-stakes hiring
– A results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term client partnerships
– Commercial awareness and an understanding of retained search or project-led hiring
– A team-first attitude aligned to a performance + collaboration culture
