As a Principal Consultant you will drive interim CFO mandates within private capital-backed businesses, operating at the heart of transformation and value creation.
Role Highlights
– Lead and deliver high-impact CFO and finance mandates end-to-end
– Partner with investment teams and boards on critical leadership hires
– Develop deep networks within the interim CFO and finance leadership space
– Shape hiring strategy across turnaround, growth, and value creation mandates
– Work closely with a team of high-performing, commercially driven peers
You Will Need
– Executive search or interim recruitment experience within finance or private capital
– Commercial drive and a track record of high billing or rapid progression
– Deep understanding of CFO and transformation leadership profiles
– Strong interpersonal and client advisory skills
– An ambitious mindset with appetite for fast, merit-based growth
