The Interim Finance Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling high-demand, high-fee markets across the UK. With full 360 ownership and direct access to decision-makers, you’ll work across client engagement, resourcing, business development, and strategic input as the team grows.
Role Highlights
– Deliver end-to-end 360 recruitment across Finance & Accounting in the public sector
– Develop and grow a profitable desk with warm leads and immediate jobs
– Contribute to strategic decisions and cultural development as the team scales
– Work closely with billing leadership in a high-trust, no-red-tape environment
– Progress quickly into team or regional leadership
You Will Need
– 2–5 years of experience in 360 agency recruitment
– Proven billings of £250k+
– Strong grounding in Finance & Accounting markets
– Confidence to work fully remote and independently
– Exposure to public sector recruitment (desirable but not essential)
