The Principal Recruiter, Tech will drive full-cycle or delivery-focused recruiting for high-growth tech clients across the U.S., especially in engineering and DevOps.
Role Highlights
– Own and fill live, exclusive roles in software, data, and DevOps from day one
– Work closely with startup clients (pre-seed to Series C) across the U.S. tech market
– Build lasting relationships with high-impact candidates in a talent-short market
– Partner with our NYC leader and help grow a 6-person local team by year-end
– Help shape go-to-market strategy, tools, and best practices as we scale
You Will Need
– 3–5 years of agency experience in tech recruitment (360 or delivery)
– Proven success in candidate-led markets and/or startup environments
– Drive to build, not just maintain, you’re proactive, curious, and adaptable
– Ability to manage multiple reqs, stay organized, and communicate clearly
– Openness to hybrid working and collaborating in-person once a week in Chelsea
