You will join a high-performing founder with exclusive access to cutting-edge clients in AI, software, and infrastructure. You’ll operate as a trusted talent advisor, taking a candidate-first approach while managing high-quality retained and exclusive roles.

– Run a profitable, active desk with retained mandates across engineering, product, and infra
– Own relationships with high-profile clients, including AI pioneers and top-tier VCs
– Deliver world-class candidate experiences through rigorous, consultative search
– Drive new business through intelligent outreach and market insight
– Help shape team culture, feeding into growth strategy
You Will Need
– 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with tech or engineering verticals
– Proven billing track record, ideally on retained/exclusive roles
– High EQ and candidate-first instincts
– Entrepreneurial drive – you’ll enjoy autonomy and accountability
– Confidence to work with elite clients and founders
