• Recruitment Consultant – CFO Interim
• £40,000–£60,000 + uncapped commission
• London | Hybrid (4 days office)
We’re working with a high-performing recruitment firm that combines start-up energy with the backing of a global parent group. With a dedicated CFO & Transformation Interim team led by experienced leadership, the business has just doubled its Q1 contract target and is scaling fast.
You’ll join a close-knit squad of 8 consultants placing £1k+ day-rate contractors into Commerce & Industry and Financial Services. It’s a high-fee, high-trust environment focused on quality and strategic delivery, no rigid KPIs, just a genuine platform for top recruiters to thrive.
The Recruitment Consultant – CFO Interim will operate full 360 across senior contract mandates in Finance, Tech, and Transformation.
Role Highlights The Recruitment Consultant – CFO Interim will…
– Manage the full 360 process across interim placements (£7k/day avg book)
– Work closely with an Executive Director mentor and build a high-fee desk
– Place senior Finance, Tech and Change talent into FS & Commerce sectors
– Help shape a growing division targeting £2m in 2024 revenue
– Join a lean team with plans to double headcount by year-end
You Will Need:
– 3–5 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
– Exposure to contract/interim markets or appetite to move into it
– Strong commercial instincts and emotional intelligence
– Confidence in handling C-suite and transformation-level mandates
– Desire to grow within a mature, high-performance culture
