We’re working with a global specialist consultancy that’s been recruiting into the insurance, banking, and tech markets for over two decades. With 160 employees across London, New York, Singapore and beyond, their people-first culture and transparent career paths have helped them earn £20m in annual NFI.
Tech is a huge growth focus, accounting for 40% of revenue and they’re investing heavily in headcount across data, DevOps, cyber, and digital. It’s a delivery-led environment where top performers consistently hit £750k–£1m+ annually, thanks to robust tools, warm clients and elite market training.
The Principal Consultant will lead a vertical within Tech, Governance, or Finance, mentoring junior consultants and building out high-margin accounts.
Role Highlights The Principal Consultant will…
– Take full 360 ownership of a defined vertical within a high-performing market
– Build out new and existing client relationships in non-insurance sectors
– Mentor and upskill more junior team members
– Use best-in-class tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn CRM
– Play a key part in shaping team growth across Tech and Governance
You Will Need:
– Proven recruitment success with billings of £250k+ annually
– A track record in either tech, governance, or financial services markets
– Strong client management and business development capabilities
– Ability to coach or mentor peers or juniors
– Commercial drive and confidence to grow a practice
