Senior Client Partner
£150,000 - £250,000 + bonus
London | Hybrid 2–3 days
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling consultancy known for its laser focus on value creation. Our client partners with private equity firms and their portfolios across Life Sciences and Healthcare, helping them unlock strategic advantage through high-impact talent solutions. You’ll join a business with an agile, meritocratic culture where results are rewarded and your influence will be felt at boardroom level.
The Client Partner will work with private equity investors and portfolio leaders to deliver senior search and advisory mandates that materially improve business performance. You’ll help shape growth strategies, mentor internal consultants, and build deep relationships with senior decision-makers in healthcare and life sciences.
Role Highlights
The Client Partner will…
– Own and grow relationships with key private equity clients and their portfolio businesses
– Lead board-level search assignments in life sciences and healthcare services
– Advise clients on organisational design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness
– Collaborate with internal researchers and delivery consultants to ensure top-tier execution
– Drive commercial growth through client expansion and new business development
You Will Need
– Proven success in executive search or consulting, ideally within life sciences or healthcare
– Track record of working with PE clients or high-growth private businesses
– Gravitas and credibility to influence C-suite and investor audiences
– A strategic, client-first mindset and sharp commercial instincts
– A desire to contribute to a high-performance, mission-led culture
