Joining a discreet, global executive search and leadership advisory firm, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping pioneering leadership teams across venture-backed and early-stage biotech organisations. As Managing Partner, you’ll combine executive-level client engagement with mission-critical delivery—leading mandates that accelerate innovation and commercial success for high-potential life sciences ventures.

The Managing Partner will oversee full ownership of business development, client relationships, and mandate execution in VC and early-stage biotech, ensuring delivery of impactful leadership solutions that support growth and funding objectives.

Role Highlights
– Lead and cultivate relationships with venture capital firms and early-stage biotech clients
– Own business development and “rainmaking” to generate new mandates and repeat assignments
– Design and execute senior search and leadership advisory projects end-to-end
– Mentor and manage a high-performance team of consultants and researchers
– Set and track commercial targets, ensuring profitability and long-term growth

You Will Need
– Proven track record in executive search, ideally with venture capital or biotech clients
– Strong ability to cultivate C‑suite and board-level relationships
– Success in business development and meeting ambitious revenue goals
– Leadership style that inspires and develops consulting teams
– Strategic mind-set, commercial acumen, and mission-driven focus
