The business partners with leading advisory firms, PE-backed consultancies, Big 4 environments and high-growth professional services platforms across Tax, Audit, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, CFO Search, Interim Consulting and Compliance & Risk. With international infrastructure, established delivery capability and leadership backing already in place, the business is now investing heavily into the next phase of growth.
The Managing Director - Professional Services Recruitment will lead the strategic expansion of the platform, combining leadership, business development and senior search execution across retained and contingent mandates.
Role Highlights
- Build and scale high-performing Professional Services recruitment verticals
- Lead senior retained and contingent search mandates across advisory and consulting markets
- Develop trusted relationships with Partners, CFOs and senior advisory leadership teams
- Drive strategic business development, revenue growth and market expansionBuild, mentor and lead high-performing teams with full P&L ownership
You Will Need
- Proven track record within Professional Services, Advisory, Finance or Executive Search recruitment
- Strong billing and business development performance at senior level
- Experience scaling teams, markets or high-growth recruitment functions
- Credibility operating within consulting, advisory or private capital environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something significant
