As a Learning & Development Consultant, you’ll shape the careers of new hires, drive onboarding success, and influence the next generation of high-achievers.
The Learning & Development Consultant will design and deliver training programs, coach individuals at all levels, and manage the performance frameworks that ensure consultants thrive from Analyst through to senior leadership.
Role Highlights
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new recruiters, including structured group sessions and one-to-one coaching
- Facilitate daily huddles, shadowing programs, and milestone events to accelerate learning
- Deliver impactful performance reviews and feedback to drive measurable improvement
- Track and report on training outcomes and KPIs, presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Partner with managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless new-hire experience
- Proven recruitment experience within professional services or a performance-driven environment
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or developing junior colleagues
- A strong interest in training and seeing others succeed
- Comfort with performance metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights
- Confident communication skills to engage new Analysts and senior executives alike
