Our client is a global executive search and advisory firm, trusted by leading financial services organisations to deliver strategic leadership hires across technology and digital transformation.

As Lead Partner, you’ll spearhead client relationships and mandates across banking, fintech, insurance, and asset management, with the autonomy to grow a high-performing practice.

The Lead Partner will drive business development, shape go-to-market strategy, and oversee end-to-end delivery of senior search mandates across the financial services technology landscape.

Role Highlights

– Lead senior client relationships across the FS technology sector
– Secure and deliver high-impact mandates in digital, data, cyber, and infrastructure
– Shape strategic growth for the FS tech practice, both in the UK and globally
– Mentor and develop a high-calibre team of researchers and consultants
– Drive consistent commercial performance and maintain delivery excellence

You Will Need

– Deep experience in executive search with a focus on tech within financial services
– A proven track record of delivering senior mandates (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.)
– Strong network across banking, fintech, insurance, and asset management
– Commercial drive to secure new mandates and expand key accounts
– Leadership experience with a collaborative, growth-focused mindset
