The Head of US Datacentres will guide an established function, manage an experienced team while expanding client reach and driving national growth across contract hiring.

You Will Need
- 4 - 8 years of full-desk recruitment experience within contract Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Accounting and Finance
- Datacentre or adjacent infrastructure sector experience would be a huge bonus
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing billing teams
- Ability to design and execute growth plans that deliver predictable contract revenue
- Strong commercial judgment and ease working with senior-level decision-makers
- Experience coaching and developing recruiters in a scaling, performance-oriented environment
- A proactive, ambitious approach with the professionalism to influence senior leadership
