You’ll operate as a senior partner to the business, influencing how top talent is attracted, assessed, and retained while directly impacting long-term performance and growth.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and evolve the internal hiring function, partnering closely with senior leadership to scale high-performing recruitment teams across Life Sciences, Technology, and Healthcare.
Role Highlights
– Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function across the US
– Define and execute hiring strategy across key verticals
– Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and headcount strategy
– Drive hiring for 180 and 360 recruiters at all levels
– Implement structure, process, and consistency across hiring
You Will Need
Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition within a staffing or recruitment business
– Strong understanding of high-performing biller profiles and team dynamics
– Track record of building and scaling TA functions in growth environments
– Ability to operate strategically while remaining delivery-focused
– Credibility to influence senior stakeholders at Director and MD level
